It is said that behind the wild racket and the nagging, behind the screaming and drumming lay the urge for love and freedom after all. Did we file that under ‘cliché’ a long time ago and now wearily signal our refusal- or have we been blinded by ‘False Priests’ of Rock?

Doc Schoko is a band that for a long time just consisted of one person (Christian Schulte).
Besides the singer and guitarist there is KURT KREIKENBOM on drums and DOMINIK BENZLER on bass, plus regular guest appearances (Sonia Müller, Uwe Jahnke/ S.Y.P.H.).
The band faces up to the traditional challenge of converting the frustrations and irritations of every day life, publicly as well as privately, into positive energy; into music.
Doc Schoko observes and tells, firstly asking us to put our brains into gear and second to let go and dance.
